2NE1’s leader CL revealed that she was offered roles on Hollywood movies.

On December 5, 2NE1 appeared as guest on the “Big Star Special Show” segment of SBS Power FM’s “Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time.”

During the show, CL disclosed, “I received a few casting offers for Hollywood films, but I turned them down.” She added her explanation saying, “It doesn’t feel like I’ve established anything significant musically. I want to concentrate on 2NE1 and on my solo activities. But if opportunities arise in the future, I would take on the challenge.”

[K-POP news with Soompi] : Sunmi to Release New Album Next Year with a Song from Wonder Girls’ Ye Eun

Perhaps the wait is longer than 24 hours, but Sunmi is in the works to make a comeback next year with a brand new album!

Having made her official solo debut last August, Sunmi captured music lovers through her catchy song, “24 Hours,” and her acrobatic dance moves. Thus, in light of news regarding the singer’s comeback, fans can anticipate that the collaboration with Wonder Girls’ Ye Eun will make the upcoming album more worth waiting for.

In an interview with Star News, JYP Entertainment commented, “We are planning for Sunmi to make a comeback next year. Yet, we have only started the album production and have not finalized a concept or release date for the album.”

[K-POP news with Soompi] : 2PM’s Junho Offers His Melting Voice in Rapper Illinit’s New Song “Hello”

2PM’s Junho has lent his voice for rapper Illinit’s new song, “Hello.” With a surprise tweet on December 3 of his participation in Illinit’s album, fans can expect to hear Junho’s sweet voice match well with the rapper’s slick lyrics.

The collaboration between the two talented artists occurred through the connection of one of JYP Entertainment’s composers, Hong Ji Sang. Having a close friendship with the JYP song writer, Illinit was able to develop a relationship with 2PM’s Junho, resulting in the collaboration for “Hello.”

In regards to working with the 2PM member, the rapper expressed, “Junho, a member of one of the best boy groups, 2PM, participated in the song. If Ididn’t have the assistance of his deep appealing voice, this song could not have been complete.”

In December 6th, 2013, female singer Younha releases winter special mini album [Subsonic]. Releasing ‘Waiting,’ ‘Broke up today,’ and ‘Please take care of my boy friend that were all fitted with emotion in the winter, Younha was much loved with ‘Younha-type of ballad songs.’ She is now coming back with winter special album ‘Subsonic’ filled with songs that are fitted well with winter. 

Last May, she released ‘The real reason why we broke up’ as a main track of the second mini album, and it has been about a half of year to release [Subsonic]. It is in the line of her 4th regular album of [Supersonic] that was released last July for about a year and a half period of career break for come-back special. This single album was created after working on it for a long time for about a year and a half. 

When releasing [Supersonic], she was in a limelight with unique but outstanding sound and various trials on music establishing her own realms of the music. She is about to perform with [Subsonic] as a continuous album. 

Especially, she was well recognized with songs as a singer songwriter such as ‘The real reason why we broke up’ and ‘Regards while away’ that were made by her. This time, she wrote and composed ‘Believed in time’ and ‘Home’ in person exerting her capability as a musician beyond vocalist. 

Total 7 songs are contained in the special mini album [Subsonic] that there are songs Younha has never tried yet as well as those in diverse musical spectrums to represent quality as high as her regular albums.
